SHIPPING DETAILS.

Orders will be posted within 3 working days of receiving payment. We ship from the U.K using Royal Mail. Delivery times are an estimate by Royal Mail, please allow up to 28 days for your order to arrive. Postage costs are stated below. If you have any queries regarding delivery, e.g you need your item by a certain date and would like to know if there are any other delivery options, please don't hesitate to contact us via email - twenty8bc@live.co.uk

UK - Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class.
£1.27 / £1.20 (1 working day / 3 working days)
 
Europe - International Standard.
£3.70 (3-5 working days)
 
USA and Canada - International Standard.
£4.75 (5-7 working days)
 
Everywhere else - International Standard.
£5.05 (5-7 working days)

Shipping cost is calculated by weight. These prices are for one item, shipping for multiple items is calculated at checkout. 

RETURNS POLICY.

If you are unhappy with your order please let us know if there is anything we can do to resolve your issue. Alternatively, you can return/exchange your item(s) by shipping them back to us in their original condition complete with your order receipt within 30 days of delivery. You must also let us know within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return or exchange your item(s). Just drop us an email at twenty8bc@live.co.uk with your order number and state whether you would like to refund or exchange. You can find the full return address in our terms and conditions or on the order receipt you received with your item(s).

Full responsibility for the item(s) lies with the customer and return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We will confirm when we have received your return and as long as the item is in the same condition as it was sold (unless otherwise agreed with ourselves) you will receive a full refund. Please allow up to 14 working days to receive your payment.

NOTE TO OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS.

Your parcel may incur charges such as a customs charge, VAT etc. We do not accept liability for any charges, these are the responsibility of the customer.
